Accommodations Q & A:

  1. Can I stay longer than three days, such as, from 15th to 20th of June?

We are sorry, the answer is NO.  Due to the rigid housing contract policy Harvard University provided, we won't be able to request any extended accommodation in Harvard University on an individual base.

  2. Could you describe the facilities of the room, such as, is it en-suite or is it a house shared with other people?

The service GSAS Residence Hall that Harvard University provided for our accommodation includes a single room per person, a linen set (one pillow, one pillowcase, two sheets, two bath towels and one face cloth.)  Daily custodial services are provided in public areas of the residence hall.

  3. Can I bring my own sleeping bag and not hire the bed linen and blanket?

Sorry, as it is decribed on question 1, the service for accommodation provided by Harvard University is contracted on a collective base but not an individual one, so even if your are not going to use the linen and blanket the accommodation fee will still remain the same.
