  1. Language Policy: The conference fully respects the presentors' language preferences for presenting their papers.  Although English is preferable, presentors may choose among English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese for the most effective communication of their papers.
     
  2. Presentation Format: Please limit your presentation to 12 minutes and please ABSOLUTELY observe your time. The presider will ring the bell once when you have 5 minutes remaining and twice when 1 minute is left. In order not to postpone the schedule and to respect other presenters, the presider will closely follow the procedure. 

    1. The presider will have 1 minute to introduce presenters.
    2. Each presenter will have 12 minutes to present her/his paper.
    3. The discussant will have 4 minutes to comment on each paper.
    4. A general discussion will proceed for 10 minutes.
    5. Each presenter will have 3 minutes to make her / his concluding remarks.
