Registration Q & A:
-
Why should I pre-register online?
Pre-registration helps NATSA to estimate the number of participants and prepare conference packages accordingly. By pre-registering online,
you will receive relevant information regarding the coming conference and this association. On-site registration will be opened during the conference, but we don't garantee the offer of a conference
package. Therefore, we encourage every participant pre-registers online.
-
Can I buy the package of conference papers during the conference?
NATSA prepares packages of conference papers according to the orders through online registration. We will have very limited
extra sets of papers for sale at the conference, and won't accept any order when these extra sets are sold out. Therefore, we encourage you order papers through your registration. In addition, we only sell
the conference papers as a package, so each paper set includes all articles presented at the 2001 meeting.
-
How should I arrange my accomodation if I can stay only part of the conference?
NATSA helps participants arrange accomodation, but only offers package choices due to our contract with U of
Washington. Therefore, if you choose our housing arrangement, you will have to accept and pay the whole package, even you can stay only one night. However, you can also arrange your accomodation and
meals by yourself. There are lots of hotels in Seattle, and some local information is posted on our web site that would help you arrange your trip.
